About the Position

The successful candidate will work as a research assistant while pursuing their doctoral studies, combining academic development with hands-on teaching and research activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct academic services in both research and teaching
2. Devote at least one-third of working time to preparing a doctoral dissertation
3. Teach 3 credit hours per semester in Marketing & Innovation, with a focus on services and tourism
4. Analyze consumer, investor, and management behavior using empirical decision research
5. Apply advanced methods like multivariate statistics, text mining (R/Python), and AI-powered solutions (e.g., large language models)
6. Collaborate internationally with academic partners across Europe, Southeast Asia, and other regions
7. Contribute to course development, student supervision, and knowledge transfer activities

Candidate Profile

To qualify for this position, applicants must have completed a relevant university degree in:
