Duties and Responsibilities
The intern will be involved in a variety of tasks under the guidance of the IT Officer, including:
- System Maintenance and Support: Assisting with the daily operations of IT systems, troubleshooting, and maintaining office computers and software.
- Technical Document Management: Organizing and updating IT documentation to ensure efficient information management.
- Project Assistance: Supporting the planning and implementation of IT projects, including data management tasks.
- Training and Service: Helping organize IT training sessions for staff and providing desktop support for software and hardware issues.
