This grant is open to international students from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, the applicants must have a previous year degree from a recognized university.
