Overview of the IES Programme

Academic and Professional Development

PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP

• Monthly Stipend: Receive a regular allowance.
• Living Expenses: Enrollment fees, insurance, and program activities are fully covered.
• Travel: Participants are responsible for their own travel costs.
• Health Insurance: Participants are responsible for their own health insurance.
• Accommodation: Pay a one-time fee of €1,650 for two months of accommodation. The remaining accommodation costs will be covered.

Eligible Nationalities

The programme is tailored to students who are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD programme and hail from countries such as Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Russia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Status: Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral program at a recognized university.
• Age Limit: Be under the age of 28 at the time of starting the scholarship.
• Field of Study: All fields of study are eligible.
• Language Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in either German or English at the B1 level or higher.

1. Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV):

• Format: Include a recent photo and present your academic and professional experiences chronologically in either German or English.
• Content: Highlight your academic background, work experience, and any relevant volunteer activities.

2. University Transcript of Records:

• Original Language: Submit a copy of your official university transcript in the original language.
• Grade Overview: This should provide a summary of your grades for all completed university courses.
• Enrollment Certificate: First-semester students should also include their enrollment certificate.
