What you'll study

This degree blends core kinesiology and sport science with professional preparation for physical education and fitness careers. Course work covers human anatomy and physiology, exercise physiology, biomechanics, motor learning and development, and sport and exercise psychology. You will study assessment and measurement in physical activity, program design for diverse populations, injury prevention and basic care, and principles of strength and conditioning.
