What you'll study

This programme combines social science, health and applied practice to examine how people make decisions about family life, food, resource management and personal wellbeing. CUNY undergraduate admissions require a completed secondary-school credential and submission of official transcripts. Applicants to the Bachelor’s in Family and Consumer Sciences are usually expected to demonstrate readiness for college-level work through a combination of high-school coursework, grades and any standardised test information the campus considers.
