What you'll study

The programme combines foundational science with applied practice. Programme structure

Students follow a common core in kinesiology and choose pathways or concentrations such as physical education teacher certification, exercise science, strength and conditioning, or fitness and wellness. The degree includes general education requirements, major coursework, elective options, and multiple practicum or internship hours to provide hands-on experience.
