The Clinical programme combines foundational sciences with specialised clinical laboratory coursework and supervised practicum experiences. Early coursework covers general biology, general and organic chemistry, biochemistry, and statistics to build a strong scientific base. Core clinical subjects include microbiology and infectious disease testing, hematology, immunology and serology, clinical chemistry, urinalysis and body fluids, blood banking/transfusion medicine, and emerging techniques such as molecular diagnostics.

Entry requirements

Applicants must be admitted to Northwest Missouri State University and meet the programme's prerequisites for science coursework.
