What you'll study

This programme combines core business fundamentals with specialised courses in management and operations. You will complete general education requirements and core business modules before progressing to concentration classes that focus on the design, control and improvement of organisational processes.

• Core business subjects: principles of management, financial and managerial accounting, corporate finance, marketing, business law, organisational behaviour, and business ethics.
• Quantitative and analytical skills: statistics for business, quantitative methods, operations research basics, and business analytics tools and techniques.
• Management and operations concentration: operations management, supply chain management, production planning and inventory control, quality management, project management, and process improvement methodologies (such as lean and Six Sigma concepts).

• Electives and professional development: elective courses in human resource management, logistics, information systems for operations, entrepreneurship, and opportunities to develop leadership, communication and decision‑making skills through student organisations and seminars.
