This Bachelor of Science in Nursing is structured to build from foundational sciences and liberal studies into focused nursing practice. Early semesters cover anatomy and physiology, microbiology, chemistry, statistics and communication skills alongside general education requirements. Upper-level nursing coursework covers health assessment, pharmacology, pathophysiology, adult medical-surgical nursing, maternal-child health, paediatrics, mental health nursing and community and public health nursing.

Core professional themes include evidence-based practice and nursing research, leadership and management, ethics and health policy, and population health.
