What you'll study

The programme combines advanced study in leadership theory and practice with applied research or a professional capstone project. Entry requirements

Applicants are normally expected to hold a recognised bachelor’s degree and have relevant professional experience in education or a related sector. Current or recent employment in a leadership or senior teaching role is typically required, and referees will be asked to comment on leadership potential and professional standing.

For applicants without a degree in education, the University may consider qualifications combined with substantial relevant experience. All applicants whose first language is not English must meet the University’s English language requirements for postgraduate study.
