What you'll study

This MSc combines core training in economics and quantitative analysis with applied courses in business administration. Teaching emphasises rigorous economic reasoning, empirical methods and management practices to prepare students for analytical and leadership roles.

Entry requirements

Applicants are normally expected to hold a recognised bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, management, or a related social science subject. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a directly related degree for some candidates.

• Official academic transcripts and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• A personal statement or study plan outlining academic interests and career objectives; a research proposal may be required for research-focused pathways.
• One or two academic or professional references.
• Evidence of proficiency in the language of instruction: for programmes delivered in English, recognised English test scores or equivalent evidence of prior English-medium study; for programmes delivered in Chinese, appropriate Chinese language proficiency may be required.
