Erasmus Mundus Europe DREAM Scholarship 2025-2027 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Masters level programs at France Universities, Germany Universities, Spain Universities, Romania Universities.
Available Subjects
Following subject are available to study under this scholarship program.
Coverage: Travel, visa, installation, and €1,400/month subsistence for 24 months.
Rules: No prior EMJM scholarship or overlapping EU-funded scholarships allowed.
Annual Scholarships: Increasing yearly (e.g., 26 scholarships for 2025-2027).
Consortium Scholarships
Eligibility: For students without Erasmus+ EMJM scholarships but with strong applications.
Award:
Programme Countries: €2,000 or €4,000 (from €9,000).
Partner Countries: €3,500 or €7,000 (from €18,000).
Limited to 4 awards per category.
Additional Costs
Tuition fees exclude books, accommodation, and meals. Students have access to university facilities but must cover any fees required by national regulations (e.g., insurance).
Country Classification
Programme Countries: EU members, Iceland, Norway, Turkey, Serbia, and more.
Partner Countries: All other eligible regions.
Residency exceptions apply for students residing in Programme Countries for over 12 months in the past 5 years.

Who Can Apply?
Academic Background
Open to students holding a first university degree equivalent to 180 ECTS credits (European system or equivalent) after completing at least three years of study at the Bachelor of Science level.
Relevant fields of study include:

English Proficiency
Applicants must demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Non-native English speakers must provide a recognized international English test result. Accepted tests and minimum scores:
TOEFL: CBT 220, ITP 550, IBT 80
Cambridge B2 First Test: 173+
Cambridge C1 Advanced Test: 160+
IELTS: 6.5+
TOEIC: 800+
Note: Test results must not be older than 3 years from the application deadline.
English Test Exemption
Applicants who completed their studies in English are exempt from providing a test result but must submit an official confirmation letter from their university.
