Students from various countries are eligible to apply, including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Egypt, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Moldova, People’s Republic of China, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United States of America.
Students from the eligible countries (mentioned above) can apply for this scholarship.
Applications are to be submitted electronically, with the application period running from August 1st, 2024, to September 1st, 2024, at 23:59 Estonian time. The application form, once filled out, must be sent in Word format to the email address rvo.dokumendid@harno.ee. It is essential to ensure that the form is complete and accurate, as it cannot be modified after submission. Also, note that a signature on the application form is not required.
