Herbert Scoville Peace Fellowship 2025/2026, USA (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Fellowship level programs at USA Universities.

Fellows select their host organization based on their interests and the organization’s needs. Participating organizations provide office space, supervision, and mentorship to ensure fellows thrive.
While fellows cannot engage in Congressional lobbying, they participate in activities such as:
Fellows join an extensive network of alumni, professionals, and leaders in the peace and security field. The program also organizes a welcome event for incoming fellows to meet their predecessors.
The fellowship covers relocation costs for fellows moving to Washington, DC.
Fellows receive a salary of $4,079 per month and basic health insurance compensation, plus travel expenses to Washington, DC. The program also provides $1,000 per fellow for professional development to attend relevant conferences or meetings that could cover travel, accommodations, and registration fees, or to take a language or policy course. The program arranges meetings for the fellows with policy experts and social networking events with alumni. Fellows also receive mentoring from a board member and a former fellow.
The fellowship aims to empower young professionals by providing hands-on experience in public-interest activism and advocacy. Fellows collaborate with one of the 26 participating organizations to address peace and security challenges, gaining practical knowledge and making meaningful contributions.
