Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be a tertiary student from a Belt and Road country/region.
• Hold an Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Be admitted to a 2-year full-time undergraduate top-up degree programme (senior year admission) at PolyU SPEED for the 2025/26 academic year.
