Thompson Rivers University is looking for artistic, enthusiastic, and creative students from all around the world for its partially funded International Social Media Ambassador Awards. Students are required to have excellent communication skills; verbal and written both. 

Students will have to promote TRU through social media, attend and promote events on it. One of their duties is to write blogs on a variety of topics and create weekly digital content to post on TRU World’s social media channel.

Eligibility Criteria

Education requirements:

• Must be a full-time student (minimum 9 credits) for the semester appointed as an Ambassador
• Minimum GPA of 2.5

Other requirements:

• Able to commit 10 hours per week in the semester term
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven leadership ability
• Enthusiasm for sharing their TRU experience
