• Age: Born on or after April 2, 1990.
• Academic Background: Graduates of teacher training schools or universities.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of teaching experience at elementary, secondary, or teacher training institutions.
• Commitment: Must return to their home country to resume teaching after the program.
