Eligible Nationalities

This scholarship is open to 

• Maltese Citizen: Resident in Malta for the past 5 years (exceptions for study, health, work abroad).
• EU/EEA National (or Family Member): Permanent resident in Malta for the past 5 years.
• EU/EEA Worker/Self-Employed: Exercising Treaty rights in Malta and residing for 5 years.
• Third-Country National: Long-term resident status (SL217.05) for the past 5 years.
• UK National (and Family): Residence document under UK Withdrawal Agreement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Maltese citizenship or permanent residence permit
• Exceptional talent in theatre, music, dance, design, creative writing, film, visual arts, or combinations thereof
