Eligible Nationalities

This fellowship is open to domestic and international students of all nationalities.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Knight Science Journalism Fellowship, applicants must:

  • Be full-time journalists (staff or freelance).
  • Have at least three years of experience in science, health, technology, or environmental reporting.
  • Submit five work samples and a 500-word research project proposal.
  • Additionally, international applicants are welcome and will receive visa support.
