Eligibility Criteria

• Young and energetic: Under 45 years old and a citizen of a developing country (excluding China).
• Good health: Physically and mentally fit, free from specified health conditions like chronic diseases, infectious diseases, or ongoing recoveries.
• Experienced and educated: Master's applicants need a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of work experience; PhD applicants need a master's degree.
• Relevant background: Prior education or work experience related to the chosen program is preferred.
• Highly qualified: Currently a public official (division level or above), senior management staff in an organization, or academic leader in a university/research institution.
• English proficient: Score at least IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80 to meet the program's English language requirements.
• Promising future: Demonstrates potential for professional development and commitment to fostering friendly relations between your country and China.
• Not currently studying in China or receiving another Chinese government scholarship.

Step 1: Register on the "CSC Study in China" website:

• Head over to https://www.campuschina.org/ and click "Scholarship Application for Students."
• Create an account or log in with your existing one.

Step 2: Fill in your personal details accurately and save them.

Step 3: Select "Program Category" as Type A (specific to MOFCOM Scholarship-CSC Program).

Step 4: Enter the agency number: 00010 (also specific to MOFCOM Scholarship-CSC Program).

Step 5: Complete your application information:

• Provide details about your language proficiency and study plan.
• Upload all required supporting documents.
• Double-check everything for accuracy before submitting.
• For Type A applicants, the system will suggest universities based on your selected preferences.
• Use the provided website to learn about available majors at each university.
• Download the "Catalog of Discipline Field" from "Help" to understand the relationship between disciplines and majors.

Step 6: Submit your application:

• Once submitted, you cannot edit your personal details or application information.
• You can revoke and re-edit your application before processing begins.
• After processing starts, no revoking is allowed.
• Print and download your application form.
