Degree Level

NCHU Taiwan Government Scholarships 2025 for BS, MS and PhD is available to undertake Bachelor, Masters, PhD level programs at National Chung Hsing University (NCHU).

Benefits

MOE Taiwan Scholarship

  • Graduate: NT$20,000/month.
  • Undergraduate: NT$15,000/month.
  • Tuition and fees waived up to NT$40,000/semester (excluding insurance, internet, accommodation).

MOFA Taiwan Scholarship

Amount:

  • Tuition fee equivalent to local student’s fee.
  • Monthly stipend: NT$33,000.

MOST Taiwan Scholarship

Amount:

Monthly stipend: NT$30,000.


Eligible Nationalities

This scholarship is open to international students of all nationalities. (Except Taiwanese)

Eligibility Criteria

  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Good academic performance and moral character.
  • Not a Taiwanese national or overseas Taiwanese compatriot.
  • Must not have previously enrolled in a Taiwanese institution for the same level of degree.
  • Not an exchange student through an academic cooperation agreement.

Note: For MOST Taiwan Scholarship Undergraduate diploma or higher Degree is required.
