Launched in 2016, we empower former public servants (city, county, tribal, state, or federal) who recently left after championing social progress.

Ideal Candidates:

Open Society seeks leaders who:

• Recently exited government service (within the last two years) - especially CEOs or senior management.
• Challenge the status quo and bring fresh perspectives to social change.
• Embrace any political background, as long as you're passionate about progress.

• Open minds welcome: All political perspectives encouraged, especially those who challenge conventional thinking about social change.
