The Ulam NAWA 2025 Programme is now open for applications, offering foreign researchers the opportunity to conduct research in Poland at prestigious Polish universities and scientific institutions. This fully funded research programme is available for PhD holders from any field, providing financial support of PLN 11,500 per month, along with additional benefits such as a one-time arrival allowance and a family allowance for researchers with children. Applications are open from 10 February to 12 May 2025 (by 3 PM CET), and selected researchers will commence their residencies starting 1 February 2026.

About the Ulam NAWA Programme

The Ulam NAWA Programme is a flagship initiative by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), aimed at increasing the internationalisation of Polish universities and research institutions. The programme supports foreign scientists who wish to:
