Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT)
at Thammasat University is now accepting applications for its fully funded SIIT Scholarships for international students pursuing Master’s and Ph.D. programs for the Spring 2025 intake. Offering full tuition coverage, monthly living allowances, round-trip airfare, and comprehensive health and accident insurance, the scholarships provide outstanding financial support. Eligibility Criteria

• Master's Applicants: A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required.
• Ph.D. Candidates: A minimum GPA of 3.50 is necessary.

• Research Potential: Evidence of research aptitude or interest is essential.
• English Proficiency: No English proficiency tests, such as TOEFL or IELTS, are required.

Application Procedure

• Choose Your Program: Select the online application for your chosen master's or doctoral program.
• Review Application: Log in to the system using your registered email address and passport number or Citizen ID number (remember to change your password after first login).

Required Application Documents (electronic files in JPEG, JPG, or PDF format):

• Statement of Purpose: Minimum one-page essay outlining your goals and reasons for applying.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume: A professional summary of your education and experience.
• Official Transcripts:

1. Master's Applicants: Bachelor's degree transcript with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
2. Doctoral Applicants: Bachelor's and Master's degree transcripts with a minimum GPA of 3.50 in each degree.

• English Proficiency Test (Optional): Scores from TOEFL (PBT 400+, IBT 32+), IELTS (4.5+), TU-GET (PBT 400+, CBT 32+), or TOEIC (500+) can be submitted, but are not required.
• Government ID: Scan of your Citizen ID card or passport.
• Research Materials (Optional): Include any research papers, publications, or relevant certificates you may have.
• Recent Photograph: A passport-sized photo (1 x 1.5 inches) in JPEG format.

Letters of Recommendation:

• After submitting your application, your designated referees will receive an email with instructions for submitting online recommendation letters.
• Referees have two weeks after the application deadline to submit their recommendations.
