Taiwan ICDF Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded) is open for International Students . The scholarship allows Undergraduate, Masters, PhD level program(s) in the field of All Subjects taught at International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF) . The deadline of the scholarship is 15 Mar 2025.

Airfare:

  • Round-trip Economy Class tickets arranged by the TaiwanICDF for the most direct flights to and from Taiwan.

Housing:


  • All students must reside in university-provided dormitories, with housing costs fully covered.


Tuition Fees:


  • The TaiwanICDF covers all tuition fees required by the student’s university.


Credit Fees:

Insurance:

  • Mandatory student safety insurance as per the Ministry of Education is provided.
  • Additional accidental and necessary medical coverage is included for the entire duration of the program.

Book Costs:

Monthly Allowance:

  • Master’s Program: NT$18,000 per month for food and living expenses.
  • Ph.D. Program: NT$20,000 per month for food and living expenses.
  • The allowance will be deposited directly into the student’s local bank account monthly.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program, applicants must:

  • Be a citizen of one of the eligible countries listed.
  • Not hold dual citizenship with Taiwan or be an overseas compatriot student.
  • Fulfill the admission requirements of the designated partner university.
  • Meet the Resident Visa (Code: FS) and Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) criteria set by Taiwan’s government.
  • Not hold any other Taiwan government-sponsored scholarships during the same academic year.
  • Have graduated from any previously held TaiwanICDF scholarships before July 31, 2024, if applicable.
  • Present the highest-level diploma before July 31, 2025.
