The YTB-IsDB Joint Scholarship Program 2026 offers an incredible opportunity for students from IsDB (Islamic Development Bank) member countries to pursue fully funded higher education in Türkiye. This prestigious international scholarship supports Associate, Bachelor's, Master’s, and PhD degrees in critical fields of science and technology for development, contributing to capacity-building in participating countries.

Study in Türkiye on a Full Scholarship

Offered through a collaboration between the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), this joint scholarship enables students to study at some of the top universities in Türkiye. The program aims to strengthen scientific and technological advancement in IsDB member states by supporting talented students in their educational journeys.

Degree Level

Turkey Government YTB-IsDB Joint Scholarship Program 2026 for International Students (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Bachelor, Masters, PhD level programs at Turkey Universities.

  • Be a citizen of an IsDB member country
  • Have a strong academic background
  • Be in good physical and mental health
  • Commit to returning to their home country after graduation to contribute to its development
  • Meet the academic and language requirements for the degree level they are applying to
