Turkey Government YTB-IsDB Joint Scholarship Program 2026 for International Students (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Bachelor, Masters, PhD level programs at Turkey Universities.

For associate and bachelor’s degree students, the scholarship operates as an interest-free loan (Qard-Hasan), which must be repaid after graduation and employment through a local IsDB Education Trust (IET) in the student’s home country. For their countries (Least Developed Member Countries - LDMCs), the scholarship is considered a grant.
