Scholarship Description: The Strathclyde Prestige Award for Excellence in International Commercial Law offers international students a merit-based scholarship of £5,000 for entry onto the full time LLM programme in International Commercial Law.

Eligibility Criteria: To apply for this scholarship, students must;

• Be available to commence their academic studies in the UK by the start of the academic year in September 2018.


• Hold a first degree at first class or upper second class honours, or equivalent.


• Hold an academic offer to the study LLM International Commercial Law


• Provide a 300-word essay demonstrating their ability to contribute to the field of international commercial law

Language Requirements: Applicants whose native language is not English are required to demonstrate proficiency in English. The TOEFL is the most frequently submitted examination score that the University receives, however, the Admissions Office will use other measures upon the applicant’s request. The IELTS, ACT, and SAT examinations may also be used.
