Eligible Nationalities

The UNSW Graduate Scholarship program is open to International Students of all nationalities.

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate Degree Required

• To be eligible, you must have completed your undergraduate studies and possess a valid degree certificate.

English Language Proficiency

• Regardless of your nationality, demonstrating English language proficiency is mandatory. You'll need to meet the minimum English language requirements set by UNSW.

Follow Application Procedures

• All applicants must adhere to the current guidelines outlined in the university's procedures for Admission to Higher Degree Research Programs and Higher Degree Research Scholarships.

No Concurrent Funding

• Unfortunately, applicants receiving financial support for their studies from other sources (including UNSW or the Australian Government) are ineligible for a UNSW Higher Degree Research (HDR) Scholarship.
