Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Academic Background

• A Master’s degree or honors-level Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Proven research experience through one or more of the following:
• Research-oriented Master’s thesis
• Scientific publications
• At least 2 years of experience as a lecturer or researcher

English Proficiency

• IELTS 6.5 or higher (or equivalent, valid within 2 years)

If not available at admission:

• Minimum IELTS 5.5 (or equivalent) at entry
• Must submit IELTS 6.5 or higher within 12 months of admission

Research Proposal

• Submission of a draft research outline and study plan for the Ph.D. program
