This PhD emphasises rigorous research methods and applied scholarship across mental health, social services and allied health professions. Core study areas typically include advanced research design, quantitative and qualitative methods, multilevel and longitudinal statistics, implementation science, programme evaluation and policy analysis. Entry requirements

Applicants are expected to hold a relevant master’s degree (for example in social work, clinical psychology, counselling, public health, social welfare or a closely related field) or equivalent professional experience and preparation. A record of scholarly achievement and clear research interests are important. Typical application components include:
